Billing questions
How allowances, invoices and cancellation work.

Yearly plans are billed once, up front, for twelve months. Monthly plans are billed each month on the date you subscribed.

Minutes of audio submitted to Sentien for processing, measured on the duration of the audio itself rather than on how long the request takes. Uploaded files and streamed audio are counted the same way.

Processing continues and the extra minutes are billed at €0.035 per minute, added to your next invoice. Nothing stops working and there is no separate top-up to buy.

No. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
